Tampa Bay Juniors Brenton Wadsworth Commits to DePaul University

Wesley Chapel, FL - The Tampa Bay Juniors Hockey Club is proud to announce that Elite Forward Brenton Wadsworth has committed to DePaul University to play hockey in the 2018-19 season.  DePaul U, which is located in downtown Chicago, is an ACHA Division II team that plays in the Northern Collegiate Hockey League.

Brenton a native of Tampa, FL is in his first year with the Tampa Bay Juniors and is the first Elite player this season to commit to a college.

“I am very happy for Brenton," said Head Coach Garrett Strot.  "Brenton is a very hard worker who come to play each game and practice.  His character both on and off the ice will be a big plus to the DePaul program.”

“TBJ was not only a great organization but also a positive part in my life."  Said Brenton, "I gained new skills and accomplishments this season.  I wouldn't have done it any other way.”

The Tampa Bay Junuiors wish Brenton and his family the best of luck as he continues his hockey career.

Wadsworth is the 4th TBJ player to commit to a college this year.
